Nuclear energy. Annex I Parties must refrain from using CERs generated through nuclear energy to meet their targets.

Sink projects allowed are only afforestation and reforestation, and Annex I Parties can only add CERs generated from sink projects to their assigned amounts up to 1% of their baseline emissions for the first commitment period. |
